İzmir Proje Ajansı Derneği'nin Saygıdeğer Üyeleri, 

Derneğimizin ilk genel kurul toplantısı 23/07/2023 tarihinde, saat 11.00’da dernek merkezinde Orta Mahalle, 1076. Sok. No.7 Özdere, Menderes, İzmir adresinde aşağıdaki gündeme göre yapılacaktır. 

Çoğunluk sağlanamaması nedeniyle bu toplantının ertelenmesi halinde ikinci toplantı 30/07/2023 tarihinde aynı yer, saat ve gündem ile yapılacaktır.

Gündem:

Açılış ve yoklama, divan başkanlığı seçimi, dernek organlarının asıl ve yedek üyelerinin seçimi, dilek ve temenniler, kapanış.

Dear Members of the Izmir Project Agency Association,

The first general assembly meeting of our association will be held on 23/07/2023 at 11:00 at Orta Mahalle, 1076. Sok. Özdere, Menderes, İzmir. It will be held at according to the following agenda. If this meeting will be postponed due to a lack of majority, the second meeting will be held on 30/07/2023 at the same place, time, and agenda.

Opening and roll call,  Election of the council chairman, Election of the original and substitute members of the association organs, Wishes and closing remarks
